The ubi.com Game Service uses ActiveX to work properly. ActiveX is a Microsoft technology included with the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser.

For those who aren't sure of what the ActiveX looks like, here's an image. You are required to click on "Accept" in order to make it work properly.

If you are having problems with the Game Service application loading, it may be an issue with ActiveX. Follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.

Step 1:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on Tools, select Internet Options, click on the Security Tab and select the Internet icon.
3. Set your Security Level back to its Default settings by clicking the Default Level button. ActiveX is on and you should be ready to play. (NOTE: If the Default Level button is shaded, then your Security Level is already on the default setting.)
