Auto Update and Login Related Error Messages

Auto Update:

  • ubi.com update is incomplete. Please retry the update.
    An error has occurred while downloading or installing the update. Try restarting the Game Service to continue the update

Login:

  • Unable to connect to ubi.com game server.
    A connection was established, but there is a temporary problem with our network. Make sure you are not behind a firewall which may be blocking your access to our servers. If the error persists, wait 10 minutes and try to log on again.
  • Cannot connect to server.

  • Cannot read the settings file.
    The Game Service cannot read the settings file, which might be corrupted. Try uninstalling the game service software and installing it again.

    It is impossible to launch the GameService application. Please reinstall the application and try again.
  • Could not establish a connection to the ubi.com servers.
    The connections between the Game Service's Network and your computer cannot be established. Make sure that you are connected to the Internet.
  • Could not lock Internet session.

  • Could not log on to Friends server.
    You cannot connect to the Friends’ server for the time being. Please wait a few moments and launch the Friends List again.
